• A passport or European ID for the associated individuals
• Proof of residential address (should not be over 3 months old)
• Extract from the Trade Register (not older than 3 months)
• Power of attorney (if you are registering remotely)
• Copy of the deed of amendment of the Articles of Association (signed)
• Signed Decision on the change of the Articles of Association of the company or legal entity.
