SWIFT codes allow you make faster and secure international money transfers. However, not all bank branches may have the SWIFT code to deal with foreign currencies. Thankfully, you can still send money overseas, provided you know your recipient’s account number and the name and address of the bank. This way, your bank routes the money you transfer to a corresponding branch on the SWIFT network, making use of the appropriate SWIFT codes to complete the transaction. Furthermore, there are different other payment methods you can use to complete the transactions. Notably, though, get a SWIFT code for faster, less costly and more convenient international money transfers.
