The question of if a business school is worth the investment depends on the career path, aptitude, and relevance of such a choice. While some have grown skeptical about the relevance of getting an MBA degree, the fact remains that it is still useful in pursuing careers in finance and consulting. If you have a career path that is tilted towards that trajectory, attending a business school is worth the investment. Aptitude is another factor commonly overlooked because many pursue an MBA degree because it seems to be lucrative. You should however do an honest assessment to confirm you can handle the requirements of going to a business school such as crunching numbers. In all, no knowledge is wasted and any investment in business education will come in handy in the administration of your businesses.
