• Does the child have a proper understanding of finances and business?
• Does your child have a track record of being responsible?
• How does your child manage money?
• Do you have a stable relationship with your child?
• Can your child collaborate with your attorneys, accountants, and any other parties involved?
• Does your child understand the duties and responsibilities involved in being a power of attorney?
• Is your child committed to the duties at hand?
