• Create a comprehensive estate asset list.
• File taxes for the deceased and pay off the outstanding debts and bills before the distribution of assets to beneficiaries.
• Petition the probate court to distribute the assets to the beneficiaries. Notably, provide a detailed list of financial transactions as proof.
